What is the Sandals Select Rewards Club?
The Sandals Select Rewards Family ("Sandals Select") or ("Program") was conceived and developed exclusively for past guests of Sandals, Beaches and participating Royal Plantation Resorts. The Program rewards you for your loyalty to Sandals, Beaches and participating Royal Plantation Resorts by offering unique benefits to make your every stay at our resorts even more memorable. The following information is provided to give you complete details regarding benefits, usage, terms and conditions of membership as a Sandals Select Rewards Club Member.
Becoming a Member
Is there a membership fee to participate in Sandals Select Rewards Club?
No. Membership is free to past guests of Sandals, Beaches and participating Royal Plantation Resorts.
Can a company join the Sandals Select Rewards Club?
No. Membership is available only to individuals.
I visited Sandals/Beaches/Royal Plantation Resorts with my friend but I didn't pay for the trip. Can I still join the Sandals Select Reward Club?
Yes, however no points or nights will be awarded based on previous stays for which you were not financially responsible. However, you will earn your full enrollment bonus by enrolling online or by membership application.
I visited Sandals/Beaches/Royal Plantation with my friend and I paid my portion for the trip. Can I split the points and nights earned for the reservation between my account and my traveling partner's account?
Points can only be earned by the primary member. Paid nights are also accumulated by the primary member only.
How soon after I enroll will I receive my membership materials?
Materials should be received by mail 6-8 weeks after enrollment. If materials have not been received after eight weeks, you should contact us. contact us.
Earning Sandals Select and Royal Plantation Select Points
How are points earned?
Points are earned by staying at Sandals, Beaches or participating Royal Plantation Resorts
and accrue at the rate of one point for each dollar spent on accommodations. The number of points earned is based on the rack rate of the accommodations in U.S. dollars.
For example, if you book a suite for seven nights and the accommodations portion of your booking has a published rate of $4,200 (U.S.), you will earn 4,200 Points. Even if you book at a discount, you earn points based on the full rack rate of the accommodations!
What is the definition of a paid "stay" under the Sandals Select Rewards Club?
A paid "stay" is considered 3 paid nights or longer.
Do I earn points if I travel to a Beaches Resort?
Absolutely. Beaches is a part of the Sandals family and any booking made at a Beaches Resort is eligible to earn points based on the rack rate of the accommodation chosen.
Is there any way to earn points other than by staying at a Sandals, Beaches or participating Royal Plantation Resorts?
Currently the only way to earn points is through traveled bookings, since meals and most activities are included. Future additions will be announced to our members via the Sandals Select Rewards Club web site, the Select Rewards Club newsletter and by e-mails to our existing members.
Can I book several rooms under my membership and have all the points assigned to my account?
The Primary Member may earn points and nights for up to two (2) rooms within each calendar year in which they are not an occupant.
The Primary Member must be 100% financially responsible for said rooms and provide the following information:
Proof that they paid for the room by submitting a copy of their credit card statement or cancelled check. A signed letter from the adult guests who stayed in the room with a copy of their Driver's License or the letter must be notarized.
Can I split the points earned for a reservation between my account and my traveling partner's account?
No, points can only be earned on one membership for one stay.
If I join today, will I be credited with my paid nights for all past stays?
You can and will receive credit for your paid nights in the past, towards the "70 Paid Night Free Stay" component of the program. Please note that we will not be able to research past stays taken before 1994. Also, please remember that the paid nights counter starts accruing from zero after you have used your free stay milestone.
Sandals Select members have 12 months for the check out date of the resort in question to apply for adjustments and retroactive credits.
Members are responsible for ensuring that points/nights earned are properly credited. If they are not properly credited for Points within 60 days of travel, they must send a copy of their reservation voucher, resort invoice in question, and payment receipt wih their membership number to the Sandals Select Rewards department.
Sandals, Beaches or participating Royal Plantation Resorts reserve the right to deny or revoke Sandals Select Awards, Points and Night Credit at any time if Sandals, Beaches or participating Royal Plantation Resorts determine that awards/points/nights were improperly given.
How do I earn points for a resort stay without applying my discount?
Simply give your membership number to your booking agent, and advise him/her that you do not want to use your discount. The membership number is necessary in order for you to earn points. You may also contact us one week prior to arrival at the resort and we will be happy to add your membership number to your reservation. If you are booking online, you will be shown your account points balance and asked whether or not to apply these points to the new reservation.
If I join today, will I earn points on all my past stays?
Generally speaking points may only be earned on past stays where those stays were completed within 120 days of the date of your enrollment.

How Do I update my Sandals Select Member information (address, phone number, e-mail, etc.)?
There are several ways to update your information and ensure that your records are current. I wish to change my married name or go back to my maiden name. What is the procedure?
Once your membership has been completed it is a legal document. In this case, we will require that you send us (either via fax or mail) a letter stating that you wish to change your last name. Please include a photocopy of any legal documentation (i.e. wedding certificate, divorce decree, etc.) reflecting the name change from your previous name to your current name with the letter.
